EMpowered Dance
& Wellness Center

EMpowered began in 2013 as the result of a dream come true. Emily wanted to create a dance studio with a warm, supportive atmosphere a non-competitive and non-political manner. Using a syllabus based on correct anatomical alignment, EMpowered produces technically sound dancers at all levels, beginner to advanced. EMpowered provides a social and entertainment forum for people with diverse interests, cultural backgrounds, physical impairments, and ages. Our Wellness Center offers Pilates, Yoga, Massage, Salt Therapy, Oxygen Barre, and Nutritional Counseling. At EMpowered, ALL are welcome here. 
The mission of EMpowered Dance & Wellness Center is to develop, promote, and sustain dance, music, and productions to serve as a cultural resource to engage and enrich the community. Propelled by core values of community, access, excellence, and creativity, EMpowered is committed to ongoing work on inclusion, equity, and diversity to ensure its programs are welcoming and accessible to all.
